The AppenderTracker seems to have some potential concurrency problems around the map of appenders stored in a HashMap but accessed concurrently by the service tracker and the appender wrapper each time a statement is logged. I'd like to fix this issue in an efficient way, meaning i don't want to synchronize all access to the map and use a ConcurrentHashMap. Is there a problem raising the Pax-Logging requirements to JDK 1.5 ?
