Solved, thanks to Atlassian support!
You need to have Developer access level, but all our admins had
Collaborator access only. As an administrator, you can change your own
access level in the user menu.

I've now created a new project with key XVISITOR, and I'm going to add
some content to the Wiki space in the next few days.
