Well, using the JUnit driver without provisioning JUnit does not
really make sense, and junitBundles() is also "magic" in the sense
that the user does not know which version of JUnit they'll get, so we
might as well add it by default.

With the new configuration properties introduced in 2.4.0, the user
can disable and override all defaults and take full control.
