Hi Spring, There's no special tool for that. Here are steps for restore to old version(1.0).
Step 1. flash old system binary(<=20120508) Step 2. flash PIT7 partition table. Step 3. flash PIT7 + desired old system binary(<=20120508) + platform binary(<=20120508) Aafter Step 2, the device can't boot as normal. turn off device and press power key + volume down key, download screen will be shown. Then just flash old 1.0 images using lthor. BUT AT THIS MOMENT, I CAN'T FIND WAY TO DOWNLOAD PIT7 PARTITION TABLE AND OLD SYSTEM BINARIES SEPERATELY. I'M LOOKING INTO FIND A WAY EXTRACT THOSE FILES FROM OLD TIZEN 1.0 IMAGES. I'll tell you as soon as find a way and post how to downgrade 2.0 to 1.0 to developer.tizen.org soon.
