As Yoav put it, wiki.apache.org/logging/$subproject sounds more natural but if you think wiki.apache.org/logging-$subproject is better, then so be it.

Hmm, why not wiki.apache.org/logging/$subproject, i.e. a slash rather than a hyphen as the separator? Seems more natural, consistent with the rest of the world ;)
