I don\'t know if this is a problem.
First I found it is not so easy for meto install mnogosearch.

After I have installed the whole package and indexed the site. I can\'t use search.cgi 
to search. I guess maybe I can\'t use web to connect to oracle. Since after I use 
search.cgi in shell, it works correctly.
