Please, no PDF. I don't think we are looking for professional quality
printing support, and as for size, searching, linking etc. HTML beats
PDF in every way.

PS. You might want to put the word "tutorial" somewhere in the
beginning/toc of the getting started guide so that people who search for
chandler tutorial will find it.
