P3 priority I think on whether to just link to that wiki page
directly from the GsG table of contents, or to have a
Troubleshooting page in the GsG that might have some screenshots to
make an issue more clear, but also link to the wiki page for
additional troubleshooting issues (the wiki page certainly will be
more dynamic in terms of updates).
I'll leave the chapter 7 page in the GsG for now, but with links on
that page to the wiki. If it turns out to be superfluous we can
always make the direct link from the table of contents easily later.
