This metric has been added to the PPD dashboard.
It won't be visible on the dashboard until a few more data points are
submitted, but you can click into that graph to get the value,
currently 4,749 total collections on the server.
Randy, this was calculated directly from the database tables via:
select count(*) from item where itemtype='collection';
Please squawk if this doesn't mean what I think it means.
