[PROPOSAL] Portals Zone for CI

There was a discussion on the Jetspeed list last week concerning getting 
a continuous integration server up and running for Jetspeed.  I would 
also like to get one going for Pluto.

In order to facilitate this, I think it would be ideal to get a Portals 
  Zone from infrastructure.  From brief research I've done, it looks as 
though it just needs to be requested by our PMC and then the root 
password is sent to the chair.  Access can then be granted as seen 
necessary.

David Sean Taylor had expressed his interest as well.  Is anyone else in 
favor?
