Since there appears to be interest in obtaining a zone, and no has one
objected, I have moved forward with a request from infrastructure to
create our zone.

The only thing holding me from asking for it in the past is the
admin/management overhead involved. I'm no Solaris wizard, not sure if
anyone around portals is. I bet Carsten can give us some informal info,
as cocoon has long been using a zone.
