In CVS, they are in:
${xml-cocoon2}/documentation/stylesheets/*
There are tuned to the XML.apache.org site as it currently is now.
In Avalon's CVS they are in:
${jakarta-avalon}/src/documentation/stylesheets/*
Those are tuned to the JAKARTA.apache.org site as it currently is now.
It also has the PDF generation.
