I guess it will do. I do not use httpproxy since a long time (too many
limitations in its current form) but I know that both, httpproxy as well
as Junkbuster accept "mother-proxies". Thus you could set Junkbuster on
top, route it to your ISP's proxy (if you use one) and route httpproxy to
Junkbuster.
