Dear Sir or Madame,
I would like to know whether it is possible to reannotate gene sequence
localisations
annotated with the ucsc code e.g. uc001abp into gene bank annotations
like BC102012.
Just by typing uc001abp into google I will find a match that will give
me the exact
gene bank match in this case BC102012. Since I have about 14.000 of
these
annotations that I want to reannotate I would like to know if there is a
table including
both annotations. The site that provides this comparison is ucsc
browser, that
is why I am turning to you.
Can you help me?
Many thanks in advance,
Iyas Hamwi
