Hi Jiang,

The ensembl transcript id is different than the RefSeq ID.

You can use the table browser to get the gene symbol that corresponds
with the emsembl ID.

Click on "Tables" in the blue menu bar at the top of the page. Chose the
clade, genome and assembly of your choice (e.g. Mammal; Human; Mar.2006)
and make these additional selections:
group: Genes and Gene Prediction Tracks
track: Ensembl Genes
table: ensGene
region: genome (or select "position" and enter your position of interest
in the adjacent field)
output format: selected fields from primary and related tables
Click "get output"

Select "name" from the ensGene fields and then select "ccdsInfo" from
the section called Linked Tables. Click the "Allow Selection From
Checked Tables" button at the bottom of the page. Now, scroll back down
to the Linked Tables section, select "kgXref" and click the "Allow
Selection From Checked Tables" button again. Select the "geneSymbol"
field from the kgXref field list and scroll back up to the top of the
page. Click "get output."

Your results should be a list of the Ensembl transcript IDs with the
associate gene symbol where applicable.

Please don't hesitate to contact the mail list again if you have any
further questions.
