Hello,

actually, I need an executable, because we'll be working with larger
amounts of data. There is a binary version downloadable from
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html
but it does not work on my system, we have newer version of glib
installed. Is there a source code available or statically linked
executable?

Thanks,
Petr
