To whom it may concern. I am trying to convert RefSeq IDs to Protein IDs using the refgene, knownToRefseq and kgXref tables in the RefSeq genes track. I have noticed that some of the refseqs in the refgene table are not present in either of the other two tables. Is there a reason for their not being included in the knownToRefseq and kgXref tables? Is there another way which I could access protein IDs for these refseqs?
