Hi, I am trying to display the custom track in bedGraph format (in hg18), and first I tried to copy-paste the example posted here: http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/bedgraph.html
It doesn't work, the error message says: "Unrecognized format type=bedGraph line 10 of custom track". I get the same message (just with different line number, obviously) when I try to display something simple, e.g: type=bedGraph chr1 2169906 2169935 3.08467659969677 chr1 2169936 2169965 3.85908498054938 chr1 2169966 2169995 4.1473555476725 chr1 2332176 2332205 5.97493765118752 chr1 2332206 2332235 6.08133962745194 chr1 2332236 2332265 6.01609066089017 chr1 2332266 2332295 5.86030236302431 chr1 2332296 2332325 5.7890745177703 chr1 2332326 2332355 5.7944236646806 I tried both to upload the file and to copy-paste the text into the box, I get the same error message. If you can tell me why this doesn't work, I would appreciate it (I am quite sure it used to work some time ago).
