Hello, The link is a plain url and contains an hgsid - that will not work for sharing. Instead, go into the Session, check the share box, and capture the browser or email link.
If the data is saved into a Session, you could try a cart reset (gateway page). Then open your Session again and go into hg18. Very long sessions can sometimes cause data confusion, especially if you are sharing urls with hgsid variables in them. The last solution is to reload the session data and start over and see if it works correctly. Perhaps the original load had a failure at some point. Downloading the current session and comparing it to your saved copy will also help to quantify what data exactly is now missing versus what it contained originally.
