http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?hgS_doOtherUser=submit&hgS_otherUserName=Yajuan&hgS_otherUserSessionName=hg18_WTP_V1.2.1 The problem seem to be with the scale and not showing data, we tried to resolve this a few ways as you suggested, which caused no difference 1. cart reset 2. opened the session various times on different computers and operating systems and browsers 3. we uploaded the wig files again using a different id (atimms) and had the same display..
