Hi, It used to be (within the past 2 months or so) that wig files would display positive-valued bars with full color and negative-valued bars with pale color. Now this distinction is gone. Was this intentional and why? It can make distinguishing the sign of the data very difficult when you are viewing tracks with autoscale turned off.
