Hello Ariel, We are aware of this change, and rest assured that it was not intentional. It has been fixed in the code base and will be released to the public website in early January. Until then, if you configure your Custom Track such that the "Windowing Function" is set to 'mean', instead of 'mean+whiskers', you should see the old coloring behavior.
