Hi Hsin-Pai,
We are pleased to hear that you find the UCSC Genome Browser website
such a useful tool.
The Gene Sorter is based on the data from the UCSC Genes track, which
contains little microRNA data.
Instead, enter your microRNA of interest (e.g. miR-21 or microRNA 21) in
the "position/search" box of the hg18 (Human Mar. 2006 assembly) Genome
Browser, and you will be taken to a list of search results that match
your search term.
Below are a couple of tracks that contain microRNA data in hg18. Please
see the provided link to the description page for more detailed
information about the track.
sno/miRNA (C/D and H/ACA Box snoRNAs, scaRNAs, and microRNAs from
snoRNABase and miRBase)

RNA Genes (Non-coding RNA Genes (dark) and Pseudogenes (light))

I hope this information is helpful. Please don't hesitate to contact the
mail list again if you have any further questions.
