Hi, I'm Guru from Galaxy team, and we noticed a strange behavior with displaying a particular custom track generated in Galaxy on your browser. When we generate a custom track, a link named "display at UCSC main" appears, on clicking which the UCSC browser loads with the custom track in question. However, with this particular custom track, clicking on the link opens up your browser without the track (the 'custom tracks' section is missing on the browser page). However if I copy the track and paste it in the "add custom tracks" data box, it does show up on your browser. Also, just copying the address of "display at UCSC main" link from Galaxy and pasting it in a browser window, loads the track just fine. I was wondering if someone knew what could be causing this strange behavior. In case you wanted to take a look at the track, please visit http://main.g2.bx.psu.edu/history/imp?id=1a55f052bfe59459.
Thanks, Guru Galaxy team. _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
