To whom it may concern, I just want to confirm that I have downloaded the right file I need, which is hg18 annotation file in RefFlat format.
>From download page for human, I went to the section of "Mar.2006 (hg18)". >Then I Clicked on the "Annotation database" link. On this page I downloaded the file 'refFlat.txt.gz' with file size 3.2 M. Is this the right one? I also noted there is another file named ' xenoRefFlat.txt.gz', what does that prefix 'xeno' refer to?
