Yes, the data you describe is the correct match to download. 
The xeno* files represent the non-human data aligned to the 
human genome. In this case, the "Other RefSeqs" track.

Some assemblies have xeno track (non-native data) and some
do not. Although many non-human genomes have a track
called "Human Proteins", based of the Human UCSC Genes
track data.
