Hello Asaf, This help document explains the types of graphing formats available. The conservation track has wiggle format data, but there are a other options. http://genomewiki.ucsc.edu/index.php/Selecting_a_graphing_track_data_format
Both of the main browsers support the data formats above. Choose a genome/assembly and click on the "add custom tracks" button to see a list of accepted formats, links to more help, and to submit data. http://genome.ucsc.edu/ http://archaea.ucsc.edu (microbial) Jennifer ------------------------------------------------ Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group ----- "Asaf Levy" <[email protected]> wrote: > From: "Asaf Levy" <[email protected]> > To: [email protected] > Sent: Sunday, January 24, 2010 6:13:52 AM GMT -08:00 US/Canada Pacific > Subject: [Genome] Question regarding custom tracks > > Hi, > Is it possible to add a custom track that can be shown in the form of > a > histogram, similar to the conservation track? > In case the answer is positive - does this feature exist also for the > microbial genome browser? > > Regards, > Asaf Levy > _______________________________________________ > Genome maillist - [email protected] > https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
