Meanwhile, you are welcome to use the test server at http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu. The assembly WS180 (ce5) is there as well as liftOver functionality in the web tool version for the genome assemblies you mention (WS170=ce4 and WS190=ce6). http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver Please remember that data on the test server has not undergone QA and may change over time as it is often used for internal projects only.
