Dear UCSC, Im in the process of trying to visualize BAM files from NGS. The problem I have is that our University FTP requires a username and passphrase for access. Ive tried putting my username and passphrase in to the URL for the "custom track" but because our university requires our passphrase to be at least 4 words along, thus introducing "spaces", the genome browser doesn't seem to like that. Do you possibly have any suggestions?
