Hello Milan,

Have you tried quoting? This would all need to be escaped, but it would 
allow spaces to be included in the variable.

If you try this and if you still have problems, you can send the string 
to us for comment. Send to me directly and I can keep it restricted to 
just 1-2 developers and not post to genome mailing list. You could 
always change after we help, too.

Please give this a try and let us know how it goes,
