Hello Andrew,

Update: this problem is probably due to a network glitch (that
interrupted the data transfer). If the transfer is active, the browser
will not time out. The larger the file, the more time it takes to
transfer, leading to more opportunity for a network problem to cause a
transfer to stop/stall, resulting in a connection break/time out.

Since you state that your file is small, please try to load one more
time. You could even try loading in compressed gzip format, if not
already, to speed up the data transfer. If you still have a problem,
send the file as an attachment (gzip compressed, if possible).
Alternatively, you can post the file to a server and we can download
from there (http or ftp w/ instructions for access). Please don't cc the
mailing list with an attachment or download instructions - send to me
directly and I'll share on our side as appropriate.

Please note in your reply the target database, the complete
browser/track lines, and the steps/settings you used to load the data,
so that we can exactly duplicate. The assumption is that you are using
UCSC web site http://genome.ucsc.edu (and not a mirror) because of the
url you sent.

Thanks,
Jen
