There have been several recent papers on allele specific methylation [1] , allele specific gene expression [2] and allele specific chromatin signatures [3], and it is of great interest to look at these data sets together.
We have put our data [1] and also a simple representation of Ge et al's data[2] in custom UCSC tracks : http://epigenetics.iop.kcl.ac.uk/ASM/ . Reference [3] mentions that 'Raw data from this paper are available at GEO (GSE15805 and GSE19622) and the UCSC Genome Browser.' but I have not yet found the relevant tracks. I wonder if there might be some possibility of making these resources easier to find and combine?
