Hi Yu, The UCSC genome browser currently doesn't have data for the arabidopsis genome. The Arabidopsis Information Resource (TAIR) creates their own releases every year which is what TAIR9 is. TAIR9 data is available using their genome browser: http://gbrowse.arabidopsis.org/cgi-bin/gbrowse/arabidopsis/
If you have any questions about the TAIR9 data, please email them at: [email protected] Vanessa Kirkup Swing UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group ----- Original Message ----- From: "Yu Wang" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Tuesday, March 30, 2010 5:42:39 AM GMT -08:00 US/Canada Pacific Subject: [Genome] which Arabidopsis genome assembly is used in your genome browser Hi, the latest version is TAIR9. from your genome browser, I get only infomration about the assembly is 2004. is it TAIR5 or TAIR6? are you going to update your genome browser with the latest assembly?
