Hello Yan, Are you still having this problem?
If so, what is the most recent version of the liftOver executable you have downloaded (include "from" ftp location) and what is your specific machine type/OS? Also, are you able to get usage statements from other downloaded executables, or just liftOver? If you could test another, and tell us the result, that would be helpful. Our apologies for the last response. We look forward to your reply and the opportunity to help resolve the issue if there is still a problem, Jennifer ps. Next time, please only send questions to one of the mailing lists (not both genome and genome-mirror). --------------------------------- Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Informatics Group http://genome.ucsc.edu/ On 4/20/10 2:40 PM, xiang yan wrote: > Hi, > > I was trying to lift genome annotations locally on Linux server.
