Hi UCSC genome browser,
in custom track, I want to show two things for a probe according its value. (1)
if the value < 0 the probe is shown Red, otherwise Blue. (2) if the value is
big, the probe is dark color (Red or Blue), otherwise, lighter color. but I
made a lot of effects, but (2) is not work (no level of color). here is my data:
