Hi Yu,

Currently, custom tracks will display either itemRgb or useScore 
notation but not both (see 
https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/pipermail/genome/2005-March/006980.html). We 
recommend that you instead individually assign a RGB value for each item 
based on its score and then, similar to the example described here 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgTracksHelp.html#BED, use the 
itemRgb="On" to display this color.
