I would add to what mary wrote by saying that the =annotation= of
hg19 will =never= be finished.  there is a continuing flood of data
which we will put into hg19 as it is published.  For example, we
expect to add more comparative genomics chainNet tracks as new
non-human vertebrate assemblies are produced; updates to the
UCSC Genes track are planned from time to time; a ton encode data
will be mapped to hg19; updates to DGV and other tracks are ongoing,
etc.
