Hello Tiandao,
Unfortunately, it is not. The best alternative would be to create 
multiple WIG tracks and display them simultaneously.
This can be done in one file like in the example near the bottom of this 
page:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/wiggle.html
