Hello, I am working on with helisphere and i want to install the .2bit files on my system though i read everything about installation on the UCSC website. with the help of twoBitToFa we can install the .2bit files but nowhere it is explained that how should twoBitToFa file can be installed in the installed in order to use it. I also tried by just copying the file into the system expecting twoBitToFa to be an autorun program. so can you guide me how would i install the twoBitToFa program in my system.
