Good morning, I am a PhD student at the University of Leicester in the UK. We are currently analysing SNP 6.0 microarray data and are utilising the great power of the UCS genome browser to uncover genes affected copy-number segments inferred from our analyses. However, the 1000 line limit of the genome browser (when using the 'define region' option) is delaying our work. Is there any way around this?
I can understand - quite easily - why the limit is in place, but I can assure you that we would not take advantage of it were the limit to be lifted for us.
