Hi,

We have been using BED-style interbase-0 coordinates for all segments. We have
some users reporting some inconsistency of genomic coordinate display on UCSC
genome browser. Is that you add "1" to the value on this page?
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGene?hgg_gene=uc004fth.2&hgg_prot=Q8NFZ3&hgg_chrom=chrY&hgg_start=16636453&hgg_end=16955848&hgg_type=knownGene&db=hg19&hgsid=167660007
Are you reporting base-1 style coordinates on that particular page?

Thanks

Yu
