Hi, I was wondering when the Ensembl Genes will be updated to the latest version? Currently, UCSC GB does not state which version of EnsEMBL is used, but it says that it's updated last in may 2010. What is the release schedule when new EnsEMBL versions are released?
I am specifically interested in the file ensGene.txt. If possible, I could generate this myself for example for the GTF file that EnsEMBL release on their web site.
