I am interested in using your recombination data from the Table Browser for Human Mar 2006, table=recombRate. I would be very grateful if you could help me to answer a couple of questions here: - Why are there no 1Mb windows belonging to the region: 122Mb - 141Mb of chromosome 1? I supposed there are no markers in this region. - Could I get the data for smaller window sizes such as 100kb, 200kb,....?
