You are correct; there are no items for 122Mb - 141Mb of chromosome 1. 
This is not unusual as most tracks do not have items within the highly 
repetitive centromere region.

It may be possible to obtain data for smaller windows by contacting the 
data providers, who are detailed on the track description page. You can 
reach the description page either by clicking the grey/blue mini button 
to the side of the genome browser image or by clicking on the track name 
beneath the genome browser image. Here is the specific link for your
