I just tested the copy-paste in winXP / office 2007 with internet explorer,
chrome and firefox.

Transparency pastes well from internet explorer and chrome, but when I used
firefox, the image was black.
So another solution could be to copy-paste the URL into internet exlorer and
do the copying there.
