Dear UCSC team, We are currently trying to retrieve BAC sequences which are not included in the Human "Golden Path". For this purpose, we use the data of the "Assembly" track and subtract the BAC of this listing from a "full" RP11 listing. By this procedure, can we assume that the BAC selected are really not included in the goldenpath? Could you give us some informations about the reasons which lead to these BAC discarding?
