Hello, I am trying to use BlatBot.pl for 305 human peptide sequences that I have. Every time I do it the run is terminated about halfway through with the message - "did not receive an is_success, dying, content is:500 Internal Server Error at BlatBot.pl line 112, <FH> line 977". I was wondering if you have any suggestion of how to solve that, since a few months ago I used BlatBot.pl and it was just fine.
