Hi, I think you have a mistake in the annotation of transcript uc010axl.1 in the file knownToLocuslink where its annotate as 8755 (ADAM6). This is actually the variable region of the genome (annotated correctly in genome browser) and should be removed from knownToLocuslink file. Thanks, Y. Benita
