Re: human March 2006, in silico PCR No matches result.
I am looking at CDH1/E-cadherin gene to identify known SNPs. I was very successfully 2 days ago upon checking my exons 1 and 2 primer sets. Today, not changing anything and redoing what I had done to check exons 1 and 2 again, instead of getting the desired sequences and SNPs, I got this: No matches to tacggggggcggtgcct caagctccgcgccccag in Human May 2006 I even tried earlier versions such as Human July 2003 I am not sure why all of a sudden this is happening. Does it have anything to do with the new release Feb 12, 2009?
