Hello,
Two useful tracks would be:

SIB Alt-Splicing
UCSC Genes: Alt Events

These can be found in the main assembly browser or the Table browser. 
With the TB you can search with gene names, create custom tracks, and 
perform intersections with your data (as a custom track) against the 
regular browser tracks.
